2. Services
Staurax provides:

- Product Photography
- Monthly Maintenance & Support Services
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.
3. Payments & Billing
- 50% advance payment is required before project commencement.
- Remaining balance must be paid before final handover.
- Full administrative access will only be granted after complete payment.
- All payments are made via direct bank transfer unless otherwise agreed.
- For SaaS tools and maintenance services, subscription fees must be paid on time to avoid suspension.
- Failure to complete payment may result in service restriction, suspension, or termination.
4. Project Cancellation
- If the client cancels after work has begun, the advance payment is non-refundable.
- If more than 70% of the project is completed, the remaining balance may still be due.
- If Staurax cancels a project due to internal reasons, a proportional refund may be issued.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights remain with Staurax until full payment is received. After complete payment, ownership of deliverables transfers to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio.
6. SEO Disclaimer
We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or revenue outcomes. SEO results depend on market competition, algorithm updates, and external factors beyond our control.
7. Limitation of Liability
Staurax shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Business losses or data loss
- Third-party service failures
Clients use our services at their own risk.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Islamabad, Pakistan.
